February 1 thru 7, 1998 - Gold River Resort, Laughlin, Nevada.

Laughlin is about 1 1/2 hours East of Las Vegas, on the West side of the Colorado River separating Nevada and Arizona, and is easily accessible by car, plane, and van and bus shuttles from the Las Vegas Airport and various major Las Vegas hotels.

FULL DAY ATTENDANCE PACKAGE

Full attendance package Feb. 1 - 7 includes:

Seven night's accommodations (arrival Feb. 1, departure Feb. 8) at the Gold River Resort located on the bank of the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada, (1 1/2 hours east of Las Vegas) - Daily buffet breakfast - Admission to all lectures ( 30 quality speakers from around the world will be scheduled, & sessions will vary from 1 to 2 hours. There are no simultaneous lectures, or extra charge workshops!) - Daily admission to the UFO Film Festival, which screens the latest UFO Documentaries for 1997 - Admission to the "Meet Your Speakers Cocktail Party", with drinks, hors d'oeuvres, Door Prizes & Entertainment - Admission to the Grand Finale Banquet and EBE Awards Ceremony.

Full attendance package prices:

For early registrations received on or before December 30, 1997, the full package is $350.00 per person/double occupancy and $450.00 per person/single occupancy. All registrations received after December 30 are $410.00 per person/double occupancy and $510.00 per person single occupancy. Registrations submitted after December 30 will be subject to hotel room availability. Final cut-off date for advance registrations will be Wednesday, January 28 (4 PM - Mountain time).

PARTIAL ATTENDANCE PACKAGES

Partial attendance package prices:

Attendance packages for hotel room and / or conference admission can be booked for as little as one day and night.

Attendance package without hotel room:

For those who don't need a hotel room, there are full convention packages and daily attendance rates available without a hotel room.

TRANSPORTATION

There are a couple of airlines which fly directly to the Laughlin/Bullhead City Airport. (The Gold River has complimentary shuttles from this airport.) For those of you flying into Las Vegas, there will be special shuttles scheduled for Feb. 1 and Feb. 8. There is also scheduled commercial shuttle service available throughout the week to and from Las Vegas. Special car rental discounts will also be available. Full transportation information is being put together, and will be available shortly.
