PLEASE NOTE: This bus and shuttle schedules are based on information received in November. (The only ones not subject to change are the special shuttles arranged for our group with Best Way Shuttle on January 31, February 1 & 8.) Please re-confirm times, when making your reservations.

Should you fly directly into Laughlin, the Gold River has a complimentary Shuttle service to and from the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, locate their special courtesy phone, or call them at (800) 835-7904 and they will pick you up. For returns to the airport, make arrangements (in advance) with the Bell Desk.
PLEASE NOTE:
Be Careful in Your Departure Travel Plans!!! Although the Laughlin / Bullhead City Airport is only a couple of miles away, it is actually in Bullhead City, Arizona, and there is a one hour time difference between Nevada and Arizona: Laughlin is one-hour behind (less than) Bullhead City!
7:00 AM in Laughlin = 7:00 AM in Las Vegas = 8:00 AM at the Bullhead City Airport! Be Aware!
BEST WAY SHUTTLE
Best Way Shuttle is providing special shuttle service between the Gold River and the Las Vegas Airport for our group. Advance reservations are required, and payment also needs to be made in advance by Credit Card, or by mailing a check.
The special group fare is $15.00 each way for reservations made by January 26. Reservations made after January 26, and walk-ups will be $27.00 One Way or $49.00 Round Trip as space is available. Last minute changes to your reservation time will be subject to space availability. No Shows or cancellations after January 26 are non refundable. Please make reservations directly with them at (800) 248-9744 or (520) 758-1220. You may also make your reservation by fax. Fax them your airline, flight times, desired shuttle times, names of passengers, address, phone number and credit card number. Their Fax # is (520) 758-1544. Their office hours are 7 AM - 1 0 PM. Monday through Friday, & 8 AM - 6 PM Saturday & Sunday (Pacific Time). To be eligible for these special rates, indicate that you are with the UFO Conference. Their pick up location at the airport is Level 0. (There is an elevator to Level 0 located by the interior baggage claim entrances.) The trip takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Please plan your return schedules accordingly.
These are departure times! Please plan to arrive at the bus 15 minutes early to allow time to load luggage and board.
Las Vegas Airport to the Gold River Resort:

Tri-State Super Shuttle also offers a scheduled shuttle service between the Las Vegas Airport and Laughlin. Their fare is $25.00 each way. They currently have daily shuttles from the Las Vegas Airport to Laughlin at 11-30 AM, 2:30 PM, 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Service from Laughlin to the Las Vegas Airport is at 7-30 AM, 11:30 AM, 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM daily. Reservations are required. Their Phone Number is (520) 704-9000 or (800) 801-8687.
GREYHOUND BUS
Greyhound Bus also has scheduled daily service between Las Vegas & Laughlin. Their station in downtown Las Vegas is located at 200 S. Main (next to the Union Plaza Hotel), and in Laughlin, at the Riverside Hotel. Their fare is $16.00 each way. They currently have buses from Las Vegas to Laughlin at 7:00 AM & 11:30 AM. Daily service from Laughlin to Las Vegas is at 3:20 AM & 1:10 PM. The trip takes 2 hours. Their phone # is (800) 231-2222. They do not accept advance reservations.
SAVMOR RENT A CAR
Savmor Rent A Car (at the Las Vegas Airport) is giving our group a special rate. To make a reservation with them, call (800) 634-6779 or (702) 736-1234. To receive these rates, you must ask for the UFO Conference group discount. Reservations are strongly recommended, however these rates will be available on a walk-up basis also. For those of you spending extra time in the area, these rates are also available during the week before and after the conference.
