   for registrations received by December 30, 1997
$410.00 Per Person Double Occupancy
   for registrations received after December 30, 1997
$450.00 Per Person Single Occupancy
   for registrations received by December 30, 1997
$510.00 Per Person Single Occupancy
   for registrations received after December 30, 1997

"Additional Hotel Nights":

Additional hotel nights may be booked through the Congress for
the 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. The rates are:
$22.00 per person per night Double Occupancy and $35.00 per night
Single Occupancy  (Price includes Meal Credit Voucher & all taxes.)

The "Conference Only Package" Includes:
Admission to all Speaker Presentations

DAILY ATTENDANCE / PRICES:

For persons attending for less than the full week, the hotel room
rate is $35.00 per person / per night Single Occupancy, and $22.00
per person / per night Double Occupancy.  (These prices include a
daily Meal Credit Voucher and all taxes.)

(Mountain Time)

After that time, please contact the hotel direct for room reservations
and availability.  (Direct rates with the hotel will be slightly higher.)

Conference event tickets may be purchased at the door, subject to space
availability.(Rates at the door will be slightly higher.)
