Secrecy Oaths Regarding Extraterrestrial Matters Expired December 31st, 1996

Dr. Steven Greer, CSETI founder, today [Jan. 1, 1997] advised the US Government that the deadline for them to declare that Secrecy Oaths regarding Extraterrestrial matters were Constitutional expired December 31st, 1996. Consequently, as the Secrecy for these projects was not Constitutionally mandated, the planned public disclosure of all such UFO/ETI matters involving numerous government, intelligence, military and defense contractor witnesses would proceed on schedule in a non-threatening manner. Report on the Star Knowledge Conference, 1996

A summary report on this VERY SIGNIFICANT gathering!!! For ten days in June 1996, the Yankton Sioux Reservation on the windswept high plains of South Dakota was a gathering place for indigenous tribal leaders from around the globe and hundreds of Native and Euro-American listeners. The occasion was the Star Knowledge Conference and Sun Dance, convoked by Lakota (Sioux) spiritual leader Standing Elk in response to a vision. The vision showed that Native American spiritual knowledge about the Star Nations was to be shared. This Conference also fulfilled ancient Hopi and Lakota prophecies. By Richard Boylan, Ph.D.

Philip Krapf posted some very special "updates" files on his website in October 2001, at http://www.thechallengeofcontact.com/, which still seem to work today (Feb. 12, 2002) (using the upper-left green "Updates to ..." link). But a few days ago, they did not work. So I am documenting copies of them here. He has written these very controversial two books that are very interesting: either they are fiction, or they are true. As he has not formally stated that they are fiction, and as he put his whole reputation as a long-time reporter for the Los Angles Times on the line, I think these files are still important. If they ever disappear again from the web: Lucky for you that I copied these two files from his website in Oct. 2001, and have them here! They are:
