trial.

address the recent media
reports regarding the arrest of Konstantin Ignatov in the United States

America.
We can confirm Mr. Ignatov is currently
in the United States.
Based on the information that has been
made public by the U.S. authorities, we
understand that they are investigating allegations of conspiracy to
commit wire
fraud.
Mr. Ignatova has not been formally
charged with a crime and is entitled
to a presumption of innocence.
If he is charged, he will have
opportunity to challenge the case before a U.S. court of law.

our legal representatives abroad: Konstantin is currently
in a detention center by the authorities.
The files, related to the
case, are still sealed, meaning they are not available to the public.
As a result, we are still not aware of what the accusations are.
We are
waiting for the results of the hearing in front of the judge which will
be held after maximum two weeks.
If, following an investigation, no case
can be made against the person
against whom allegations are, the investigations related to him/her
shall be closed, with no further action being taken, by a decision of
the judge.
The other possible option is for
Konstantin to remain in the country
until the trial is held, if any.
Wе believe that all the accusations

This was actually expected by many
members -
As KONSTANTIN was here in the USA in Las
Vegas to sign the OneLife NewDealShaker USA Agreement - which he did on
March 28.
Now we can legally hold Expos within the
USA and buy USA merchandise with OneCoin.
We should all remember that -
OneLife has had many similar charges and
inditements from other countries in the world over many years - and
OneLife has won absolutely every single
legal case claimed against it.
Even Germany, who has the most strict
marketing laws in Europe, recently lost their highly-publicized legal
case against OneLife.
Also - why should a company be accused
of being an illegal pyramid scheme -
When it is operating very well right now
and legally in England and in all other countries in the world!
The USA Federal Government had to attack
OneLife at some point, and
They have chosen to do so now at this
time.
I say - no big deal.
Let's get this out of the way as soon as
