THE 1999 ANTIGRAVITY CONFERENCE June 27-28, 1999 Reno, Nevada Public Library auditorium at liberty & center street. This conference is being organized by James Cox, publisher of AntiGravity News. SPONSORED BY ANTIGRAVITY NEWS NEW ENERGY NEWS Jim Cox, Editor Hal Fox, Editor Ron Kita, Assist Dr. Patrick Bailey, President INE www.padrak.com/agn/ www.padrak.com/ine/ THE GOAL The goal of the conference is to provide a forum for independent inventors/experimentalists to network towards developing a practical flying car using gravity/inertial control physics/forces. The entire conference (10 hours) will be video taped by a professional photographer. SPEAKERS Total speakers(time slots) to be 12 to 18 in number. Any absent speakers can submit video/paper of their presentation which will be shown/read per agenda schedule. Experimental apparatus/equipment will be displayed/demonstrated. A few poster sessions (not speakers) can be set up. VENDORS AND BOOK Vendor tables for book sales, are being investigated. VIDEOS Also, we will show other videos, such as Laithwaite, Jones, Kidd, Foster and Dean, etc. RECEPTION A reception will be held at the Pioneer Casino deli area with badges displayed at 11:00 AM Sunday for snacks and introductions. CONFERENCE Sunday: 12:00 Noon - 5:00 PM Barbecue Following Monday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM 12:30 PM Lunch The library (one block southeast of Pioneer) opens at noon on Sunday with auditorium in basement. Seating availability limited to 100, on first come basis. As of today, there are still some seats available! If you have no badge, you will get no seat. The entire conference will be videotaped. Speakers will be given 30 minutes per talk, or 15 minutes for summaries if a lot of speakers attend. A proceedings of all papers given is being planned. REGISTRATION $48 ticket must be paid via mail only (or at the Reception as last chance) as no cash transactions are permitted at library. Also, I hope to get other speakers such as Tom Bearden, Eugene Podkletnov, Dr.Ning Li, Bob Forward, Marc Millis, Art Bell, Bob Lazaar, Eugene Mallove, Harold Aspden, John Schnurer, Dr. Puthoff, Dr. Modanese, Dr. James Woodward, H. Froning, Leik Myrabo, Dr. Robert Wood, and many inventors of actual devices. I will have many of my own Dean Drive models on exhibit, gyro thrust experiments, Dean's original models, pulsed toroidal engines demonstration tests, etc. The Saturday evening dinner will include a "party levitation" experiment where individuals will stand around a seated person and attempt to lift him via finger under guidance of Dr. Richard Clark.
