letter to the Chancellor and ministers of the federal government.
We claim that there is a connection between mobile phone technology,

THE
STORY: The China Coronavirus COVID-19 rose to public attention late
December 2019, but certain events October 2019 either planned for or
precipitated it – such as the rollout of 5G in Wuhan.
THE IMPLICATIONS: What is the coronavirus-5G connection? Is this
bioweapon an excuse for mandatory vaccination, including DNA vaccines,
which can be injected using a technique very similar to the EMF pulsed
waves of 5G?

numerous researchers, doctors, and professional and activist

1. we have real data that shows indeed that wireless radiation
impacts the
immune system;
2. we have numerous patients outside of the 5G zone showing no or only
mild
symptoms;
3. there have recently been 10,000 5G antennas installed and turned on
in
Wuhan, not to mention 130,000 5G antennas installed throughout greater
China;
4. there have recently been 5G systems installed in numerous hospitals
in
China, not to mention the new COVID-19 hospitals; and
5. we are seeing higher numbers of COVID-19 infections in places like
Hangzhou and Wenzhou, etc. where they have also recently installed
numerous 5G antennas;
We can conclude that the real problem here may very well in fact be
with the 5G
electromagnetic radiation weakening people’s immune systems and not so
much
with the virus itself.

According to this study, microwaves in the 5G band can interact with
virus cells. A high dose can rupture them. Logically, a smaller dose
may have an activating effect.

This article identifies adverse effects of non-ionizing non-visible
radiation (hereafter
called wireless radiation) reported in the premier biomedical
literature. It emphasizes that
most of the laboratory experiments conducted to date are not designed
to identify the more
severe adverse effects reflective of the real-life operating
environment in which wireless
radiation systems operate. Many experiments do not include pulsing and
modulation of the
carrier signal. The vast majority do not account for synergistic
adverse effects of other toxic
stimuli (such as chemical and biological) acting in concert with the
wireless radiation. This
article also presents evidence that the nascent 5G mobile networking
technology will affect not
only the skin and eyes, as commonly believed, but will have adverse
systemic effects as well.
Acquisition Safety - Radio Frequency Radiation (RFR) Hazards(Rec.

Excessive
levels of exposure to RFR can result in adverse acute (immediate)
effects on people such as involuntary muscle contractions
(electrostimulation), electrical shocks/burns (from touching metal
objects in RFR fields), and excessive heating of tissue (thermal
damage). High-level electromagnetic energy produced by RFR can also
induce electrical currents or voltages that may cause premature
activation of Electro-Explosive Devices (EEDs) and electrical arcs that
may ignite flammable materials. Modern communication and radar
transmitters aboard Navy ships can produce high-intensity Radio
Frequency Radiation (RFR) environments that are potentially hazardous
to 1) operating and maintenance personnel, 2) ordnance and fuels and,
3) associated equipment. The type of biological effect on humans from
RFR depends on the frequency of the electromagnetic wave (see
Background section for more information). The severity of the
biological effect depends on the intensity (strength) of the RFR.
Planning to eliminate or minimize RFR hazards aboard ship should be
inherent in the design phases of ship system acquisition. RFR
protection and prevention measures must be considered during all phases
of ship design, construction, use, maintenance, operation, and final
disposal.

operational concerns regarding RFR and discusses approaches to limit
acquisition costs and risks in the ship design and development phase.
Control of RFR system life-cycle costs and safety hazards during ship
system operation and maintenance are also discussed.
Conclusion - Radio Frequency Radiation can be potentially hazardous to
1) operating and maintenance personnel, 2) ordnance and fuels, and 3)
associated equipment. Radio Frequency radiation hazards can be reduced
by properly designing and installing shielding material on RF energy
sources.

commentators file a court appeal challenging the FCC’s order
terminating its evaluation of the adequacy of FCC RF radiation limits.
Despite reams of scientific evidence showing serious biological effects

Subtle high-frequency electromagnetic radiation is medically and
biologically more harmful than stronger signals. Toxic AC power should
be replaced with safer DC power. AC power is typically loaded with
high-frequency transient disturbances caused by switching appliances on
and off, for example. Replacing toxic AC power with DC power would
require complete decentralization of our electricity supplies. AC power
can be transmitted over long distances. DC power can only be
transmitted over much shorter distances. An abundance of smaller
generators is profiled in the Gallery of Clean Energy Inventions.
Wireless devices such as cell phones should be replaced with torsion

potential “hidden” dangers of wi-fi. However, she has now been
suspended until September while an “investigation” into the episode is
carried out. Evidently “the investigation was initiated after the ABC
received complaints from viewers about the episode.”

Due to the larger proportion of red marrow in the bones of the head, a
higher absorption of EMF energy will occur in the bones with potential
negative effects on hematopoiesis.
It must also be recognized that if exposure starts early in life a
higher cumulative dose can occur during lifetime. If EMFs have
cumulative effects
for which there is evidence from epidemiology then exposure already
during childhood would be associated with an increased lifetime risk.
For these reasons it is adequate to recommend caution for the use of
mobile telecommunication by children and
adolescents. Even more than for adults the recommendations for
reduction of exposure to radiation from mobile phones should be
observed by children and adolescents.

any risk. As parents and guardians, we have the responsibility to
safeguard the children who embody our future. We therefore recommend
foregoing the use of Wi-Fi and instead choosing wired solutions,
certainly at home as well as at schools and preschools; in short, in

When Senator Harkin keeps his promise a period in the U.S. – a country
in which after World War II research
and development reached in nearly all areas the highest peak worldwide
- will end that widely ignored the bio-

following for humans. For decades the
concerned industry succeeded in applying the numerous technological
potentials of electromagnetic fields
without giving rise to the suspicion that a health risk for the people
might accompany this. With the fully
unproven statement that there are – besides the biological effects of
increased tissue temperature that can be
prevented by fixing safety limits - no further biological effects of
electromagnetic fields, as this would
contradict the laws of physics, any research below the safety limits
was declared ridiculous. Independent
scientists not sticking to this rule were deprived of funds. That is
why first progress in knowledge was achieved
in other parts of the world, first in Russia followed by Europe and
finally China.

The press, as well as radio and television have been reporting of a
wave of sickness that sweeps through Germany. Millions of people
complain of all kinds of nervous disorders and of a new common illness,
called "burnout syndrome". Even though the term "epidemics" is used,

For this reason, the "fact sheet no. 296" of the WHO of 2005 is
obviously out of date. It denies any such "genuine" effect of
radiofrequency radiation below the legal limits and therefore consigns
countless people to psychiatric care. In the case of further inaction
on the part of public health bodies, environmental associations
consequently need to plan legal action against the government,
demanding precautionary regulations and protective measures.

Eric Dollard published "Representations of Electric Induction" in

copy of his article. It was truncated both to reduce the size of the

be of interest only to a limited readership. Dollard explains much of
the theory of electromagnetism. He also presents the physics of Nikola
Tesla's wireless power transmission system.

Nikola Tesla built in his Colorado Springs laboratory an
experimental wireless electrical power transmission system based on a
12 million volt 'magnifying transformer' - a giant high frequency air
core induction coil. Famous early photographs show Tesla seated in his
laboratory amidst spectacular electrical sparks emanating from the
magnifying transformer. Tesla demonstrated that his experimental
wireless electrical power transmission system actually worked by
lighting 200 light bulbs 25 miles from his laboratory without wires.
The enlightening technical analysis characterizes the magnifying
transformer's ‘extra coil’ as a distributed circuit or loaded
transmission line, and not in terms of lumped circuit elements. An
unlimited number of television receivers can receive a signal within
range of a single television transmitting tower. Tesla's subsequent
much larger magnifying transformer in the Wardenclyffe tower at the
east end of New York’s Long Island was to have an output of 10,000
horsepower at 100,000,000 volts. In 1904 electrical power was
transmitted to Los Angeles with less than 4% power loss. Tesla's
ultimate goal was to electrically energize global civilization with a
single wireless electrical power transmission system.

use of extremely scarce palladium limits its potential applications.
Experimental studies of similarly energetic particles emitted from
hydrogen/deuterium loaded palladium and titanium indicate that
palladium could be replaced with titanium.
Abstract: We report the discovery of the new phenomenon of energetic
alpha emission (up
to 16.0MeV), and proton emission (approx. 1.7MeV), from a metal surface
possessing
a large affinity for hydrogen and loaded/excited by electrolysis, glow
discharge or
powerful laser. Various experiments on charged particle emission show a
remarkable
feature: all exhibit a similar yield per unit input energy of energetic
alphas
[one alpha particle per 10–15eV input energy/Pd(Ti) target atom],
independent
of the excitation power of delivering method (electrolysis, glow
discharge or laser
irradiation). The results suggest that the mechanism of energy transfer
resulting
in energetic particle emission in metal targets loaded with hydrogen is
similar,
despite the seemingly dissimilar excitation techniques.

running. The electrino fusion power reactor is the size of an 80-feet
long single-wide manufactured home and has a net power output of
nine-tenths of Hoover Dam's total nameplate capacity of 2,080,000,000
watts.

aging of the photoelectric cells blanketing the electrino fusion power

that they can fuse to become new particles—but each time they do so,
they switch from matter to antimatter, or vice versa. We take advantage
of this phenomenon to annihilate any matter to obtain energy for
electricity generation.
Some of the discoveries in this book are as old as 1983. Some came in
1995. Others came in 2004. The discovery, however, that made the EFP
Reactor efficient enough to be self-sustaining and viable did not come
until October 2007.

mind. But here it is!—a third draft of it.
The book starts with a brief summary of the model
in Electrino Physics, but then shows from the calculations
the omnipresence, the immortality, and the extreme
wisdom of the One or Ones that originated and sustained
and sustains the Universe. From other calculations I show
the extreme improbability of the origin of the Universe in a
Big Bang of pair production of particles. I show the truth
of the Bible regarding the nature of the smallest particles.
Things that the ancient Bible writers could not know and
understand from the then current physical theory are
revealed in the Bible—showing the Bible to be the inspired
Word of God. “In the beginning God created the heaven
and the earth” is now not myth, fable, legend, or
falsehood—it is good science.
This book concludes with the question, “How do
you see it now?” The reader is invited to reflect on which
model of physics best fits the needs of humanity.

24 years this book simmered. The space-vortex structure of the
electron, as described in this paper, provides solutions to both of the
problems in desribing the theory of vortices in the ether of space. In
this paper, the properties of 'mass' and 'charge' of an electron must
be derived from the first principles proposed by Descartes, Faraday,
Maxwell, and Thompson. Then a massless and chargeless fluid that, as a
vortex, can form the structure of an electron, must be assumed. That
the proof of this assumption—that the universal substratum of space
with nonmaterial properties has real existence—is provided by deriving
the basic properties of the electron (mass, charge, inertia, gravity,
locality, etc.) from the space vortex structure, and by explaining its
behavior in physical as well as quantitative terms as experimentally
observed. The other problem, that of the outward dissipation of the
vortex motion, is solved by introducing a discontinuity in the
energy-distribution at the vortex center, is also discussed.

A typical 1000-megawatt nuclear power plant operating at full power for
two years accumulates the radioactive equivalent of 4600 Hiroshima
atomic bombs. The plant is then shut down for a couple of months while
one-third of the spent fuel rods are replaced - leaving 3000 Hiroshima
bombs of radioactivity. I have estimated that the proposed Yucca
Mountain nuclear waste repository would store something like 50,000,000
Hiroshima bombs of radioactive waste. The dump would no longer be
needed by treating radioactive waste with some of these methods.

Self-Charged Electric School Bus with Continuous Climate Control Even
While Parked. Compressed air-driven vortex tubes are switched between
90% cold air and 10% hot air, or 90% hot air and 10% cold air. Power
for the air compressor and electric drive motors provided by one of
nine electricity generators. This exhibit displayed in September 25,
2021 electric vehicle festival in the Las Vegas Springs Preserve.
These nine generators were cherry picked from the Gallery of Clean
Energy Inventions.
This exhibit will be displayed at the EV festival September 25 in the
covered parking lot of the Las Vegas Springs Preserve 10 am to 2 pm.

High-speed trains typically rely on some means of supplying electricity
to the locomotive from an external source. For example, cumbersome
overhead electric lines are tapped to directly power a locomotive’s
electric drive wheels. Another method of connecting the locomotive to
an electricity grid is with a dangerously exposed high-voltage third
electrified rail. Linear magnetic propulsion mechanisms have been
researched. It ought to be cheaper and easier to build and operate
high-speed trains if their locomotives utilize an internal practically
fuel-less power source. These 17 candidate high-speed locomotive power
sources appear worthy of further research and development by the U.S.
Government's Federal Railway Administration.

ABSTRACT: Candidate technologies were originally combined into an
advanced self-powered electric vehicle concept in 1993. The power train
of the concept’s current version includes a modern version of Edison’s
nickel-iron battery or one of four super or ultra-capacitors, a
closed-cycle blade-less Tesla-type steam turbine or one of several
over-unity magnetic motors, and one of several possible types of
on-board battery chargers. Miscellaneous innovations include
computerized shock absorbers and air ride suspensions, lightweight
basalt/carbon fiber foam for body/frame, parts non-destructively coated
with diamond or titanium nitride, and compressed air-driven air
conditioner/heater.

Torsion field communications (see "Torsion Field Physics and Torsion
Field Communications" above) link several junior and senior high
schools into a single torsion field school network. Courses normally
taught in serial sequence from Labor Day to Memorial Day would be
converted into segments taught in parallel all year long. The network's
three-layer computer system would comprise of a network coordinating
and scheduling computer as the top layer, an administrative computer in
each school as the middle layer, and personal computers as the bottom
layer. The network's customized software would include network
management and coordinating functions for the system manager, two
layers of software for the teachers to support 100 different functions,
and 25 different functions for the students, only one of which is
computer-assisted instruction.
Segmented courses would still include the standard features of
conventional courses such as classes, graded examinations, and academic
load standards. Short quizzes on each segment with pass/fail grading
would provide quality control. Other nonstandard features of segmented
courses include modified versions of the project management tools
Programmed Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path
Method (CPM), unique statistical techniques for selecting series of two
or three local/televised classes for weekly scheduling, nearly
unlimited self-pacing, student interest groups, and utilization of the
superlearning technique.
Torsion field communications would allow an optimum number of schools
located anywhere on earth to inexpensively connect into a single
network scaled for peak performance. It may help world peace if for
example a school each in Israel, Palestine, South Africa, Nebraska,
Greenland, Quebec, Ireland, Hong Kong, India, Boulder City, China, and
Denmark were permanently linked into one torsion field school network.

For those who won't have the time to read all 262 fascinating pages -
there are three astonishing highlights that shouldn't be missed!
1 - Page 31 shows an aerial photograph of a crop circle which exactly
depicts Mike Hanson's flying saucer engine design of a triangle of
three anti-gravity spheres and a dematerializer in the center.
2 - Page 150 shows two photographs of frozen samples of very polluted
water. The first crystal is distorted and irregular. The second
photograph is of a beautifully regular ice crystal after an hour of
prayer by a Buddhist priest sitting next to the polluted water sample.
3 - Astronomers can precisely measure the speed of light with Jupiter's
moons. As reported on page 154, since 1738 the speed of light has
slowed down 7%!

The purposes of my writing this essay are two-fold: To extract from the
“Space Travel Innovations” book text pertinent to the origin of the
human species and arrange them into a separate narrowly focused whole.
My second purpose is to add somewhat reasonable evidence that Earth’s
Moon is an artificial sphere. While the Moon has been observed to have
some bizarre anomalies the hypothesis that the Moon is hollow does not
hold up to closer examination.
Every one of Earth’s millions of exquisitely engineered species of
plants and animals as well as humans HAD to be designed in a gigantic
ultra-sophisticated laboratory hidden from us humans. The Moon’s
interior would be one logical location for such a laboratory.
Offered is a reasonably credible answer to the question – who were the
species engineers?!!! In
1947 a circular spacecraft of
extraterrestrial origin was struck by lightning and crashed near
Roswell, New
Mexico. Interviews with the surviving alien pilot included the pilot's
explanation
of the origin of species.
