Full attendance package includes: Seven night's accommodations (arrival Jan 18, departure Jan 25) at the Gold River Resort located on the bank of the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada, (1 1/2 hours east of Las Vegas) - Daily American buffet breakfast - Admission to all lectures (App. 25 expert speakers from around the world will be scheduled. Sessions will vary from 1 to 4 hours.) - Nightly admission to the UFO Film Festival, which screens the latest UFO Documentaries for 1996 - Admission to the "Meet Your Speaker Cocktail Party", with drinks, hors d'oeuvres, Door Prizes & Live Entertainment - Admission to the Grand Finale Dinner Party and EBE Awards Ceremony.
Full attendance package prices: For early registrations received on or before December 12, 1996, the full package is $330.00 per person/double occupancy and $450.00 per person/single occupancy. All registrations received after December 12 are $400.00 per person/double occupancy and $540.00 per person single occupancy. Registrations submitted after December 12 will be subject to hotel room availability. Final cut-off date for advance registrations will be January 15, 1997 (4 PM - Mountain time).
Partial attendance package prices: Attendance packages for hotel room and conference admission can be booked for as little as one day and night. Contact the conference office for rates and special registration forms.
Attendance package without hotel room: For those of you who don't need a hotel room, there are full convention packages & daily attendance rates available without hotel rooms.
Transportation: There are several airlines and air shuttles which fly directly to the Laughlin/Bullhead City Airport. (The Gold River has complimentary shuttles from this airport.) For those of you flying into Las Vegas, there will be special shuttles scheduled for Jan 18 and Jan 25. There is also limited scheduled commercial shuttle service available throughout the week to and from the Las Vegas Airport. Special car rental discounts will also be available. Complete transportation information has been put together, and is available from the Congress.
