IECEC 1997 - CALL FOR PAPERS

CALL FOR PAPERS

"INTERNATIONAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY"

32nd Intersociety Energy Conversion Engineering Conference

Hilton Hawaiian Village, Honolulu, Hawaii

July 27 - August 1, 1997

THE 32nd IECEC: "INTERNATIONAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY"

The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) announces the 32nd Intersociety Energy Conversion Engineering Conference. The IECEC provides a forum to present and discuss engineering aspects of energy conversion, advanced energy conversion systems and devices, energy utilization and efficiency, environmental issues, and policy impacts on the research, development and implementation of energy systems. Papers dealing with all engineering aspects of the general topical areas listed below are welcome.

See the Formal IECEC 1997 Announcements Page at members.aol.com/busassist/IECEC97.HTM/.

The IECEC is sponsored by six participating societies: the AIChE, the American Nuclear Society (ANS), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).

CALL FOR PAPERS

Prospective authors are invited to submit brief (<500 words) abstracts for consideration by the IECEC Program Committee. The planned Topical Areas and Technical Subjects to be considered are listed below.

Abstracts should include a descriptive title, one appropriate topical subject area (see list below), and the name/address/telephone/fax of the author to whom correspondence should be addressed. Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance and will receive instructions for manuscript preparation in February 1997. Draft copies of manuscripts will be due in March 1997, and camera-ready copies of final manuscripts will be due in May 1997. Accepted papers will be published in the IECEC Proceedings and presented orally at the conference.

Mail 4 copies of your abstract to:
